How long does it actually take to form a new habit? I’ve heard many statements along the lines of “I’m going to do ******* for three weeks and magically, I’ll have a new habit.” But for many of us, at the end of our three week event or however length of time we choose, we’re left going back to original habits. Or, our new “habits” have been abandoned.
